2D Art Commissions
The first row of prices is that without shading, second is that with shading. Third is additional pricing for a complex background. Additional pricing can be found at the bottom. If you're looking for something that isn't in the base price list or additional pricing please contact me.All 2D commissions include 2 different files upon completion:
a simple colored background (unless a complex bg was paid for) and transparent background. What I can Draw:
Humanoids
Humans
Anthros
"Taurs"
Ferals
Gore
NSFWWhat I can't Draw:
Someone Else's Style (TV show or otherwise)
Anything past my skill level (Don't push me to be an artist with more talent or experience.)
Chibi
While chibi has a similar line-style to the "Clean Lines" option, chibi art will always be cell-shaded rather than smooth shaded and typically has much bolder line-weight. Very fun style to do thus is cheaper.
Category | Headshot | Halfbody | Fullbody |
---|---|---|---|
Flat color: | $20 | $25 | $40 |
Shading: | $25 | $30 | $45 |
Colored Sketches
Anything under the "sketch" category will never have a determined limit of completion when it comes to lineart. Some sketched pieces may be much more refined than others based upon the sketching technique I choose to use. Color will always match your character's reference.
Category | Headshot | Halfbody | Fullbody |
---|---|---|---|
Flat Color: | $30 | $40 | $50 |
Shading: | $35 | $45 | $60 |
Clean Lines
Clean line-art is always marked by smooth, connecting, lines. Those lines can either be vector lines or textured based on buyer preference
Category | Headshot | Halfbody | Fullbody |
---|---|---|---|
Flat color: | $35 | $45 | $60 |
Shading: | $40 | $50 | $70 |
Painting
Paintings are /always/ fully shaded/rendered and take the most time to complete- thus why they are the most expensive of the base 2D-art options. Paintings feature no line-art.
Headshot | Halfbody | Fullbody |
---|---|---|
$60 | $90 | $150 |
Additional Pricing
Additional prices that stack onto the base value of any of the art types above. Some discounts will be added to these prices when taking into consideration complexity/how much of bg is showing.BG Props: You aren't necessarily wanting to add a full complex background, but you'd like there to be a prop to go along with your characetr such as a chair or misc. item they're interacting with.Sketchy BGs: Anything more complex than the simple bgs already provided with commissions. The backgrounds aren't fully rendered and still show the base bg sketch over the colors.Clean BGs: Feature clean lineart, clean coloring, some scenic levels of rendering.Painted BGs: The background doesn't show any lines or sketches, fully rendered and painted to fit the scene.Additional Characters: Just let me know if you need help calculating the price of additional characters.

Character Design
I can design characters of any species based upon customer's vision. Prior reference/images are not required but appreciated as they will better help your vision come to life (even if it is just a photo morgue or Pinterest board.)Simple Designs: Not a lot of moving parts or pieces, maybe some simple clothes, general idea, nice palette- won't necessarily jump out from the pack but looks great all the same. Many humans or ferals may fall under this categoryAverager Designs: More props and characterisation, items, lore being brought out through the design. Complex sillouhette that might include multiple limbs, horns, tails, etc. Many demons or anthros may fall under this category.Complex Designs: May not be a species of this world at all, very compelling and unknown, lots of moving pieces that draw interest. Many monsters, aliens, or fantasy creatures may fall under this category. All design tiers when purchased will come with a simple full-body reference with goal to make selecting colors from easy for artists. This means visible markings, design notes, items if applicable, and a clear color palette (no shading)

Reference Sheets
Reference Sheets are made of preexisting designs meaning you /must/ have some sort of image reference to commission this art-tier. If you'd like me to work off of a description we can negotiate a bundle deal for a character design+Reference sheet.Simple Reference: Front and Back view, name, color palette, close-up eye referenceNormal Reference: Front and Back view, name, some character information, props, close-up eye reference, color palette, headshotAdvanced Reference: Front, Back, and Side view, name, some character information, props, close-up eye reference, color palette, clothing section, extra information, notes and special section, headshot.Advanced+: Includes everything in the advanced reference category but can feature however many extra sections the buyer would like. This could include: chibi, another piece of side artwork, hairstyles, expressions, alternate form/palette, etc. Price will be discussed based on request of buyers. It will typically be another $20 per section but can be less or more based on what is being added.

3D Commissions
While I have been doing 2D art for longer 3D is my professional field of study, of which, I have been practicing and training for over 4 years now. I have advanced technical knowledge within professional-grade software for 3D and hands on experience working with all types of 3D models. What I can do:
Props
Vroids
Rigging
Organic life
Blend Shapes
Hard Surfaces
UV Unwrapping
Weight Painting
Attaching Props
Texturing/Retexturing
AR kit Facial Blendshapes
Formating models for VrChat
Formating models for Vseeface/Vtubing
Vroids
Not my most comfortable software, but can produce quality models in much shorter time frame- which means cheaper overall. I can retexture all vroid models, mess with base sliders to match a character ref, etc. If I have to take a model out of Vroid studio myself (not including texturing), then it is no-longer considered a vroid model commission and will require extra costs (props, setting up for vtubing or vrchat, etc.) Each vroid commission only ends with a .vrm file.Simple Vroid: Probably a max of 2 hours of work, nice looking model, either base clothing or textures found on booth, hair will be styled to properly match reference of character. Will edit textures to match design (eyes, skin, hair only. Not including clothes.)Normal Vroid: Usually a more advanced design and will require more texture work. This tier comes with custom clothing textures to fit your reference.Advanced Vroid: This is the tier I will even begin to start messing with creating items in vroid with the editor- but understand that some props are too much work for what they're worth to recreate in Vroid and I'll end up pushing you to pay for a 3D prop commission isntead.

Organic Life
Organic life are creatures, monsters, endimic life. Any weird creature can be used for motion capture/vtubing... no reason to keep it just to humanoid beings. There are, of course, other reasons you may want a model of some sort of organic life. Maybe you're making a video game and want to find a budget way to bring your creatures to life, maybe you need a model you can pose in a 3D program like blender? Whatever the case, I will happily hear your vision and let you know if I can deliver. This is also what you'd be looking for if you have a feral character you'd like a 3D model of!Base Model
The base model is never going to be optimized, I can give it vector paint if you're just wanting something that looks nice of your character or something like that- but realize that for any sort of future poses to be changed it'd have to be optimized and properly textured. (millions of polys = no rigging capabilities)Optimized and Textured
I'll model your organic life, retopologize it, unwrap it, and texture it! It will not be rigged, but it will absolutely be set-up for the ability to rig in the future by myself or another who knows how to rig models.Rigged Model
I will take your character through the entire 3D Pipeline from start to finish, rigging your character while making sure that everything moves as it is supposed to.Keep in mind I am /not/ a 3D animator!! I have no practice in setting up rig controls or IK handles. I can set a character up to have advanced facial rigging if necessary but I don't have the experience currently to create motion controls.

Humanoids
Aahhh I see, so you're a vtuber who doesn't want the "Vroid" look? Jokes aside, you've came to the right place. Well- okay, you may also just want a character for a video game or perhaps you want a poseable model for your character on social media? Or maybe you just want an optimized model of a character so you can 3D print it - whatever the case, here I am! Ready to bring that character to life.Base model -> Optimized and Textured -> Rigged model. All is the same as above.\OH and anthro vtubers/lovers? This is also where you should look! Yes- I do do furry/anthro models, same to you demons, scalies, and elves. If it walks on two feet, this is where you need to be. Taurs...? We'll talk, there's a lot to think about if you want a centaur (any other taur) character modeled lol.

Props
Need a prop to attach to your character for vrchat or vtubing? Look no further. All props modeled by me come optimized, unwrapped, and textured. The do not come rigged, but rigging can be purchased as an additional charge (prices found below.) Clothing also falls under the prop category and would be priced as a "bundle." For bundles I will typically price each piece as if they were separate props and then add a 20% discount to the total cost which would be the "bundle" deal. Other things that cound be bundled: dragon set, succubus set, armor set, etc. (If you feel like your idea could fall under a bundle discount, bring it up with me.)For dynamic moving props: RIGGING IS NOT INCLUDED. There will be an additional cost for rigging which can be found at the bottom of this page. If I am rigging something made by me you will automatically get 20% off of base rig costs.

Custom Blendshape expressions
You have a 3D vtuber or vrchat model- yahoo! Maybe it was made by someone else, maybe you got it from vroid, maybe you made it yourself? Whatever the case- if you want more expressions or advanced ios-pipeline facial tracking capabilities for your model I'm more than happy to provide!Remember, hana tool is a great option for vroid models when it comes to advanced facial tracking- but your expressions will look the same as everyone else who uses the hana tool for their vroid models!Up until recently you could only utilize advanced facial tracking with an IOS phone but now that is no-longer the case, and you can set-up advanced facial tracking with the new app: MeowFace!Expressions
I can give your model different expressions: angry, happy, sad, etc. These are VisemesMorphs:
Do you want your head to grow bigger? Breathing capabilities? The possibility to grow horns or for your anime titties to bust out the screen? Well, that's basically what morphs are.Advanced Facial Tracking.
There are 52 blend shapes that work together to form one coherent mocap puzzle, you're basically paying $4 per shape key at the current price margin. The top video showcases a live-demo of facial tracking created by me being tested by one of my friends who worked on a project for a client with me and a small group. The second video is of Kore which was a model which I worked on all aspects of- including the blendshapes that you'll see being tested.

Other/Additional Services
Do you need retexture work done for a model made by someone else? Need someone to attach your props to your model/rig for you? Are you not sure how to optimize a model for VrChat? Did you buy a model that has millions of polys that you need to-- not have millions of polys? Perhaps your model is already optimized but it isn't unwrapped for texturing? All of these things I can help with!Textures are counted per uv map. This is different if it's a texture atlas- which the bottom rates wouldn't apply and I'd make it per item (which uvs are typically unwrapped per item anyways.)Simple Rig: Usually only one chain of bones or a few bones. Think: chains or tailNormal Rig: A bit more advanced than just one string of bones. Think: Wings, Hair, clothingCharacter Rig: Basic character skeletal rig arms, legs, fingers, toes, etc.Advanced Rig: You probably have an advanced character with lots of moving parts and different objects to rig.

Customer Questions & Answers
Q: Can I post your art on my page as long as I give you credit? (After commissioning)
A: Of course you can! Honestly you don't even need to ask me this but I appreciate the thought <3 just tag my twitter: @languiddemon (no need for a / between, I like seeing the posts people use my art on c:
Q: Can I edit your art after you're done
A: This answer may actually be surprising, but yes you can. Edit it however you like, I know sometimes characters go through multiple designs, feel free to make edits to my art after the fact to make it fit your character for years to come regardless of design updates. I'm a huge believer in "once you buy it, it's yours." As long as you don't take full credit for the art, I really don't care what you do with it after commissioning me.
Q: Can I refer you to my friend?
A: That would be the nicest thing you could do for me as an artist who sells my art, truly.
Q: I don't really like how this specific portion of the art is looking, could you change it?
A: This is outlined in my T.O.S! I won't do infinite edits for someone because were that the case I'd become stuck up on one piece of art forever. Everyone who commissions me regardless of if it's a 3D or 2D piece gets 3 edit requests. Edit requests aren't just if I get 3 things wrong, you can point out any number of mistakes for me to fix in one edit request, but you can only send me 3 different messages full of edits before you are capped (because at that point everything should be fixed or you are just nit-picking)WITH THAT SAID- make sure you are really looking over a piece of WIP work I send you before just telling me "looks great!"
Q: What Programs do you use?
A: For 2D up until recently I used Procreate, then I switched to Photoshop. I was having issues with photoshop on my PC, however, so I've landed on the free program Krita! I'm really enjoying it so far.for 3D art I use a mix of Vroid, Blender, and Unity. I have experience using Maya through my degree, but I think Blender is a great all rounder. To texture I either use Blender's texture editor or Substance Painter.

General Information
While a reference image is not always needed, and I can work off of description. Unless it is a character design commission I will not perform multiple iterations of the same piece trying to get things exactly right to your description (unless it was obviously outlined in the original description and I missed it.) Iterations take time, at that point you'd be paying me less per hour then what my base prices take into consideration.
I ask that you please remain professional, I am a friendly artist and may sometimes be open to our client-seller relationship turning into friendship but I will never be comfortable with my clients openly flirting with me. My friends do not get free art from me, don't use that as a reason to try and become my friend.
I have the right at any time in the process to cancel a commission if a customer is being hateful or mean-spirited, or if I become uncomfortable with the client. Customer's will be refunded properly upon cancelation taking into consideration work that has already been completed.
All customers are allowed 3 iterations per piece. All base form iterations must be brought up in the base model or sketch phase. I will not change a form after the sketch or base model phase is complete.

Typical Process (2D)
Upon First instillment or full payment the sketch will be received at most Two after purchase. (though 1 week is more typical.)
I will always remain upfront and honest with my customers in situations where things come up and I can not produce the sketch on time, if a customer agrees to wait- I will continue at the new time-frame mentioned, if not a full refund will be issued.
Based upon complexity of a commission a single 2D commission may take up to a few month (or more) to complete based upon my queue and irl activities.
Any piece totaling $500 or more will have a signed production agreement that will outline my weekly schedule to work on the commission so that customers can remain updated on their commission progress.
Once the commission is completed we can continue our client-seller communication for future projects or we can cease communication (unless of course there has been a friendship fostered.)
2D commissioners will receive 2 files: A .PNG (or other filetype upon request) with a simple colored background and a .PNG with a transparent BG.
Typical Process (3D)
I will look at references/descriptions you have sent and I will come up with the most cost effective plan for your idea. Most of the time if you have a very small budget I will recommend you pay for premade assets to be added to a premade base which will be less overall than me making everything from scratch. After we go over the entire idea I will present you with the base cost. We can negotiate for budget cuts from there (which often times will require cutting down on added assets that exponentially increase the time I'll have to work on your model.)
Any assets from Booth, Gumroad, or another 3D marketplace must be provided. In time past I have looked for these assets for a customer but have sense realized it is impractical. I may sometimes suggest free alternatives to paid bases if the buyer is looking to budget.
Upon First instilment or full payment the buyer will have until the first portion of the commission has begun to ask for a refund. After the process of creating the avatar is started, a client is eligible for a partial refund but not a full refund. Refund amount will be based upon time spent on the commission thus far.
The customer will always get what has been worked on, even if a refund was approved.
I will do my best to complete commissions in order of purchase, but realistically I will be juggling multiple commission slots at the same time so that everyone can expect a more timely completion.
3D commission slots are always outlined on my the first page of this website. Commissioners may also follow my Trello for even further transparency.
I will always remain upfront with clients through the model's creation. There are instances (based on client's added requests or an increased workload I was not expecting) I may request more money for certain things on the model to be completed/continued. If the customer fails to pay the additional costs, the avatar will continue to be completed with the original scope of the commission (what was paid for.)
3D commissions have a base return time of a month minimum but many could be expected to be completed 4-6 months after purchase. Art is not my fulltime occupation and models will typically not be worked on for more than a few hours per week. To add to this, any edits that need done to a model will add to the total time needed to complete said model.
Anything more than $500 will have a signed production agreement that will outline my weekly schedule to work on the commission so that customers can remain updated on their commission progress.
Once the commission is completed we can continue our client-seller communication for future projects or we can cease communication (unless of course there has been a friendship fostered.)
3D commissioners will receive a zipped file including all assets used for the commission. Where vrchat models are concerned you will receive the zip file as well as the Unity project file. Where Vrchat models are concerned, customers will receive a .vroid and a .vrm file rather than a .fbx or .obj file!
I will do my best to answer questions concerning setting up 3D files in proper programs, uploading avatars, setting up a .vrm file for vtubing but I am not an educator and in many instances I may refer you to a Youtube video of someone explaining it better than I know I personally could. I won't always have an answer to every question regarding the model.
Usage and Copyright
Your Usage
When using my work I always require there to be some form of credit given the first time of use. After the first time using the image on a social-media platform I do not need a direct @ on each post in the future using it but do require you give people who ask who drew the art a direct link to my twitter or @AntsyCat_VT.
When using my art on a streaming platform (overlays, decoration, etc.) I Always require credit to be present somewhere on the streamer's profile or directly under the image in small text linking to my twitter.
When being used as a profile picture, I ask that people please credit me in their bio for my artwork.
(The above rules are inherent but not enforceable, at the end of the day I can't punish you for not crediting, but I will absolutely follow onto consequences if it is a reoccurring offence.)
Art purchased by me may not be used on any type of merch where the commissioner will be making money off of my art without communicating with me your intentions when commissioning a piece. We can talk about comemrcial pricing if you'd like to put my artwork on any type of merchindise.
All art purchased from me Can be used for personal use
Customers can print any artwork made by me as long as they are not making money from those prints
My Usage
Even after handing off the image or model to the client I still retain portfolio rights for all of my artwork, meaning I can use it to share examples of my work to other future clients; however, I do not have the rights to make any commercial gain from commissioned art.
I will never steak claim to the characters I have drawn for my customers, only the artwork. If someone asks who owns the character showcased in my art I will always directly @ or link them to the customer's profile.
I retain the right to edit and redistribute uncompleted commissions if the full amount of said commission goes unpaid after the commission has already been completed and there is no further interest on the buyer's part to pay off said commission.
Breaking of Copyright
The customer removes my watermark from the image
The customer claims the art as their own
The customer begins to mass-produce or sell my artwork without contacting me about commercial use.
Steal, reference, or heavily trace my art for any other character or commission
Edit my artwork without former permission from me (I will almost always agree to this, I may even give you the .psd file to make it easier on you.)
Consequences
All infringements will be first given a warning
After receiving a warning, if the infringement continues, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
After multiple warnings I will publicly warn other artists against selling art to you based on factual evidence of your frequent warnings and continued infringement.
In extreme cases, I retain the right to file a formal complaint against you as a buyer through paypal to protect other selelrs.
You can be Blacklisted if
You continuously break copyright rules.
You continue to fail to meet any payment deadlines (there are a few excusable circumstances.)
You file an unnecessary chargeback or are a chargeback scammer (chargeback scammers will be immediately exposed publicly and blacklisted immediately.)
You try to rush me past the agreed upon delivery time. You may always ask for progress updates, but I am never required to have more to show you than I had in the last update.
Use my art for commercial use without first making your intentions known to me.
Failing to credit me multiple times upon first use of image, on stream, or in your bio for a pfp if my art is used as your pfp.
Stealing, tracing, or heavily referencing my artwork.
Using my 3D models as a base to create new characters/3D models. Selling my props, etc (also falls under commercial use.)
Removing my watermark/signature
Trying to negotiate pricing in your favor or complaining about my art being too expensive.
Payment
I offer 3 options when it comes to payment: PayPal (preferred), Cashapp, and Venmo.
Customers have two different options when it comes to payment for any 2D-art: all money upfront before any completion. Two: Half before, half after sketch. Process of the commission will not continue after the sketch-phase if the buyer can not meet the full price.
Customers purchasing 3D works are required to put at minimum half of the commission price up front, full price must be paid before set-up in Unity begins (if that was purchased as an addon) otherwise full payment will be expected upon proof of completion. Any model exceeding $500 can be paid in weekly or bi-weekly instilments.
Customers who fail to meet instilment deadlines are not eligible for a refund if the model creation process has already begun.
Any customer buying something more than $500 is required to sign an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding agreement) .
Refund Guidelines
You are eligible for a full refund if I have not started the commission and you are canceling your service.
You are eligible for a full refund if I choose to cancel the commission for reasons other than your causing.
You are eligible for a partial refund if you choose to cancel the commission after the sketch phase.
You are eligible for a partial refund if you choose to cancel the commission after I start the model (in most cases you will get back money for the parts of the commission you have paid for but I have not done i.e: texturing, rigging, unity setup, etc.)
You are not eligible for a refund if the commission is canceled for any reason due to a break of T.O.S (depending on severity I sometimes may issue a partial refund if it is not a serious infringement.)
You are not eligible for a refund If you are not happy with your final product unless it is due to mal-practice on my end in which case we could negotiate a partial refund or a free rework of the piece.
You are not eligible for a refund if you fail to pay the agreed upon amount of the commission in full before the model's completion regardless of how much or little of the commission you received (as this would be considered a break of T.O.S)
